PARTY POLICIES Our customized parties are typically booked 2-4 weeks in advance of party date or 2-4 days in advanced for workshops. To reserve your party or workshop we require a 50% non-refundable deposit . Balance is due (3) days prior to the event date if you are paying by credit/ debit/ PayPal. If you are paying CASH, the balance can be paid on the day of the event BEFORE we start any activities. No Exceptions. A 15% gratuity will be added to any party of (6) or more guest for your convenience.
Rush Policy If you are requesting and we have an available party date less than 7 DAYS, a $50 rush fee may apply.
Party Locations We will gladly host your event in the comfort of your home or another chosen location. Clubhouses, hotels, etc. In the event that you choose a hotel, please be advised that YOU are responsible for all parking fees and any gratuities to that may incur.
Cancellation Policy Your deposit is non-refundable and cannot be returned for any reason. In the case of an emergency, we will gladly reschedule your party with our next best available date.
Party Time Pamper Parties are 1.5 - 2 hr duration.For MOBILE parties we will arrive a few minutes early to set up. (PLEASE ALLOW A 20 MIN. EXTENSION TIME IN CASE OF TRAFFIC OR DETOUR ETC.) Pamper Me Pretti Parties is not responsible for any allergies or reactions etc. that may occur from pamper services etc. It is the responsibility of the guest of honor to make any known allergies aware to party host. All pamper services are for entertainment purposes only & are performed by our Party Staff (non licensed professionals).
We understand that some parties may extend after our services, we ask that you escort your guests to a seperate location so that your party hostess can begin clean up.(applies to MOBILE parties)
What if there is inclement weather? In the event of severe weather, we reserve the right to reschedule the party.
Pamper Me Pretti Parties owner, operators, and employees assume no liability for accidents and/or injuries to party guests or property damage. As event planning professionals, we can assure you that the utmost care will be taken to provide safe and entertaining activities for your guests.
photos We host several private events. We respect you the client and your privacy. Although, some photos may be used on our website and / or advertising, no identifying information will be published. If you do not wish to have your child's photos published, please let us know prior to start of party.
Supervision We are soley there for entertainment purposes. We kindly ask that you monitor any disruptive children or any child that does not wish to participate. This will help us to provide the best possible party experience for you and your child.
Party Days & Times Available Fri 3pm - 8pm Sat & Sun 12pm - 6pm
Parking -- We will need a spot in your driveway to load and unload our equipment. (MOBILE parties)
Please have your guest arrive on time. Our parties start promptly at the designated time. It is crucial that we begin on time so everyone can enjoy the fun. We may have additional parties booked for the same day and cannot go back on activities for late guests. NO EXCEPTIONS
Travel Fee- There will be a $25 travel fee added to your total bill if we have to travel over 40 miles from zip code 30013 (directions via mapquest ).
